Why I started writing

Updated: 3/20/2024

Ideas come and go.
My old ideas, reflecting, sometimes feel stupid… But there is a clear connection between what I thought about a year ago and what I’m envisioning currently.
So need more better form of recording my idea than just note taking? Note taking is a different medium than writing.
Writing also helps you to recap what you’re thinking right now.
Writing style: Don’t want to take too much time on the writing itself. Not about writing for the sake of writing, more of recording.
Thanks to ChatGPT!
Avant-garde style digital writing, sentence won’t usually make sense… I just skim-write it, very fast, with lots of grammatical errors. But those errors are actually good, the essence is only the idea.
After doing this very vague writing, convert into ChatGPT to add more ‘flesh’ on top of this ‘bone’, and fulfill contents in a universally readable format. Also translate in korean concurrently for other audiences.
Reflecting on my journey of thought, I've noticed that my past ideas, which at times seem naive, are intricately linked to my current visions. This realization has led me to ponder whether there exists a more refined method of documenting my thoughts, surpassing the conventional act of note-taking. Unlike simple note-taking, writing serves as a more profound medium, allowing me to encapsulate the essence of my thoughts at the moment.
When it comes to my writing style, I aim for efficiency over elegance. My objective isn't to craft literary masterpieces but to create a tangible record of my ideas. In this process, I've found an unconventional ally in ChatGPT. Embracing an avant-garde approach to digital writing, my initial drafts often emerge as rapid, grammatically unconventional streams of consciousness. However, I view these imperfections not as flaws but as the raw essence of creativity. It's in this chaotic rawness that the seeds of innovation reside.
Leveraging ChatGPT, I transform these rudimentary sketches into fleshed-out, coherent narratives. This AI-enhanced process not only polishes my ideas into universally comprehensible formats but also enables me to reach a wider audience by translating the content into Korean. Through this symbiosis of human creativity and artificial intelligence, I'm able to bridge the gap between spontaneous inspiration and articulate expression, ensuring that my ideas, regardless of their initial clarity, are given the opportunity to resonate broadly.
